Chocolate Covered Strawberries
Ingredients
- 1 package of strawberriesÂ
- 1 cup of milk chocolate chipsÂ
- 1 cup of white chocolate chips
Instructions
Wash and dry strawberries. Microwave the milk chocolate at 30 second intervals until softened. At the end of each interval, stir the chocolate, making sure to not let it burn. Then, take a strawberry, holding it by the stem, and dip it into the milk chocolate covering the majority of the strawberry.
Place on wax paper.
Drizzle, using a fork or piping bag, the melted white chocolate over the strawberry.
Let dry.
