Hello! Today I made my Grandma Anna Vee’s Blondies. As you can tell in the picture, my family started eating them before I snapped some pictures. Tasted too good, they could not resist.
It is a similar process to making cookies, but instead of scooping the dough, it is spread onto a pan. For this recipe, I used a 7×11 baking pan. You can also use a 9×13 or a full cookie sheet. The temperature would stay the same, just need to adjust baking times.
My 7×11 took 40-45 minutes, if you use a 9×13 it would be 30-35 min, and cookie sheet 20-25 minutes. It is completely optional and up to you on what size pan you would like to use. Personally, I would recommend a 9×13. These are fast to make and perfect as a last-minute treat.
