5-Cup Fruit Salad

Welcome back to Daisy Farm Kitchen! I have another simple recipe for you today. This one is perfect for a quick side dish to bring to a picnic or family gathering.

I love that you can dump all the ingredients into one bowl and stir, then you are done. You will likely have the ingredients on hand to make this which makes it so easy. The recipe is below.

Total Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mandarin oranges
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

Drain fruits, then mix all ingredients together. Chill for at least 2 hours.
