Sour Cream Pound Cake
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3 cups sugar
- 6 large eggs, room temperature
- 3 cups flour
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Then add eggs, 1 at a time. Add flour, half cup at a time, beat in baking soda and vanilla. Then add sour cream. Beat on low just until blended. Pour into a greased bundt pan. Bake at 325 for 1 hr 30 minutes. Let cool for 20 minutes, then flip onto a cake plate.
