Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips

Instructions

    Combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter in large bowl. Beat until well blended. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, cocoa, baking power and baking soda. Mix into creamed mixture at low speed until blended. Stir in milk chocolate chips. Drop rounded tablespoons on baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 10-12 min. Do not over bake. Makes about 6 dozen cookies.
